Michelle Christensen and daughter Madeline Lewandowski have dedicated almost 20 years to organ donation awareness in memory of their late daughter and sister Isabelle. Then, when Michelle found out she needed a new kidney, doctors discovered that her daughter Maddie was a perfect match. They join TODAY’s Jenna Bush Hager and guest co-host Erin Andrews to talk about their mission, how they are doing after the surgery and how Isabelle’s memory lives on.
