The cruise ship dealing with a hantavirus outbreak will arrive near the Canary Islands on Sunday morning. The World Health Organization has confirmed a sixth case of the virus. The CDC says the risk to the public remains “extremely low” and has deployed a team to the Canary Islands to meet the 17 Americans trapped on the luxury cruise ship. NBC’s Daniele Hamamdijian reports and Dr. Akshay Syal joins Saturday TODAY to break down what to know about the disease.
