Jo Good says £24 cream has improved skin on ‘mature neck’

If you’re a regular This Morning viewer, you may well know that Facebook hosts an entire page devoted to beauty tips from ITV expert Nadine Baggott. The Nadine Baggott Community page boasts an impressive 36.6k followers, with numerous posts offering guidance, either from Nadine herself or from members, on budget-friendly anti-ageing remedies.

This week, one particularly popular subject was raised by a user seeking recommendations to help diminish the appearance of neck wrinkles. Addressing the community, the user wrote: “Ladies, what do people use on the skin between your jaw and neck? Mine is turning a bit crepe-like. Is there anything that might help? I realise it won’t go away completely without some kind of surgical intervention, but I’d just like to improve the look.”

Community members replied in their droves, generously sharing their favourite products for enhancing the appearance of skin texture on their neck and décolletage. Yet, there was one item that cropped up in the comments repeatedly – PRAI’s highly affordable Ageless Throat and Decolletage Cream, currently on offer for £23.99.

The bestselling cream, which reportedly sells every 60 seconds, promises to deliver firmer, smoother-looking skin around the neck through a combination of hydrating hyaluronic acid and the brand’s proprietary Sepilift technology. The cream also comes highly recommended by one of our shopping writer’s mum, who reports remarkable results.

She revealed to her daughter that, roughly three years ago, she had begun noticing the early signs of what is commonly referred to as ‘turkey neck’ when the skin around the throat starts to lose its firmness. Having discovered the Ageless Throat cream through a friend, she incorporated it consistently into her daily routine. She now reports that her neck appears noticeably smoother and more youthful, free from fine lines or discolouration.

Nadine Baggott Community members echo similarly glowing sentiments, with one writing: “It really softened the lines on my chest.” Another added: “I use the PRAI cream every morning, taking it right down to my chest. It sinks in lovely to my skin.”

Also amongst other recommendations from Nadine Baggott’s Facebook group, Trinny London also received considerable attention, particularly the Elevator Neck Cream, which contains peptides that rebuild the skin’s scaffolding, filling in gaps + boosting collagen production.

Meanwhile, Templespa’s EXALT is a ‘luscious neck gel’ designed to help tone and firm the look and feel of the neck area. It’s got a near-perfect 4.8 star rating from shoppers, coming in at £46.

Nadine Baggott’s close friend Jo Good recently became a brand ambassador for PRAI. Telling her Instagram followers of the news, she wrote: ” I’ve been trialling the Ageless Throat & Decolletage Serum and Crème for two months. You can see for yourselves the change in texture and tone to my extremely mature neck. It’s taken me 71 years to find this product! Now I’m introducing it to you.”

Over on Boots, where the cream has earned an impressive 5-star rating from more than 1,000 customers, phrases such as “Very effective” and “huge difference” crop up time and again, reports the Mirror.

One delighted reviewer commented: “I first bought this product in duty free and absolutely loved it. I noticed a difference in 2 weeks on my turkey neck. I have now bought both day and night cream from boots and looking at other products from prai to buy.”

Another commented: “Definitely see a difference in 1 week of using it , turkey neck was getting me down but can see an improvement.” Though more measured reviews do highlight that the cream can have a tendency to ‘slip’ or feel slightly heavy when applied too generously.
